Two story rooms where great, very comfy.

Seafood restaurant/chinese, very poor meal , and terrible value for money, very dissapointed.

Checking-in was a bit slow. Master bedroom Toilet basin was leaking. Safe was not functioning. Wifi connection was poor

The Rhu Bar chef and staff was outstanding really enjoyed the food there, better than the restaurant. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay and will go back again. I think the room cost is a bit inflated, considering the amenities, tv/wifi etc...

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Initially, had problemas accessing my room, it seems that the keyless entry device batteries were out of commission. The T.V. needs a serious upgrade, too small and a crt set! Also, try installing a T.V. in the bedroom, I'm on vacation and want to lounge in the bed! I tried the buffet at the Chinese restaurant at the hotel facility, sorely lacking in quality! The food was all cold, the only redeeming part of the whole meal was the crabmeat soup. All of the entree's that should have been hot was cold and not too pleasing to the pallet. The rental prices for the atv, Jet Ski, Banana Boat was over priced and not worth your time or money. If you rented the atv you can ride it around a 40ft track for 20mins! I thought the attendant was kidding when I asked! If you need power converters bring your own, the staff was mostly clueless about what a transformer or converter is? WiFi, sucked! Quite frequently it dropped sync when I was surfing the internet! The price to use is fair, but the quality of the signal, terrible!

The meals here are excellent, and it's conveniently located near popular attractions, plus the breakfast spread is fantastic.

Overall a perfect 10/10 stay for family vacation. Everything was superb - neat rooms and marvellous breakfasts. Good location for visiting restaurants and cafés. Enjoyed particularly good area.

Location and surrounding environment.

Rooms need upgrading. Balcony railing needs repainting.Very dusty inside the unit some of us develop rashes.

This hotel offers beautifully maintained units with amazing sea views, making for a fantastic stay.

The first Room was very dirty, it was found shit in rats. Oh my godness, something must not be in a 4 star hotel. After a long wait, we got another room. The quality of the room in no way corresponds to a 4 star hotel. I never come back over night in this hotel.

The staff here were so polite and helpful, and the location was perfect for our trip.

The room was nice and clean it worth the money.The waterpark is good with many lifeguard present and very understanding and helpful

The service in this hotel need to be step up as the staff is slow im providing service. For only one simple request the not able to fulfill need to be reminded.staff not so friendly during my period of stay i never see any staff put a simple smile when confront except the reception counter.to make matter worst the retail shop not even bother u when enter the shop.the breakfast were just ok.

The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located near all the main attractions. the room was quite spacious, clean, and equipped with great amenities like a personal safe, multi-channel television, and climate control.
